Classic Rings 2 is a 90-day program focused on full-body strength, mobility, and endurance to prepare you for advanced ring skills.

WELCOME TO CLASSIC RINGS 2!
Welcome to Classic Rings 2, and thank you for being here! This program is designed to help you build strength, condition your joints, and gain muscle in a way that supports your journey into ring skills. Over the next 90 days, you'll focus on Push, Pull, and Leg days, ensuring that your entire body is growing stronger—yes, even your lower body will have its own time to shine, building power, mobility, and endurance.

You are ready for this program if you can confidently hit these targets:

  • Pull Ups: 8 reps (in a bar)
  • Dips: 12 reps (in a dip bar)


The program is divided into three mesocycles, with a deload week at the end of each to help your body recover and keep progressing without burnout. Each workout comes with a video to guide you through the exercises and adapt them to your level, plus lectures to deepen your understanding of movement.
