Payments & Subscriptions

• Payment information is processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe on the website; Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases made in the mobile app). We do not store credit card details.
• Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
• By enrolling or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, our legal basis for processing personal information may include:

• Consent you have given us.
• Contractual necessity (to deliver services you purchased).
• Legal obligations we must comply with.

Students and Members may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties.

• We do not control the content or links on these websites and are not responsible for their practices.
• These sites may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies.
• Browsing and interaction on any other website, including those linked to or from our School, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services you signed up for, and afterwards only for as long as the purposes below require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

• Account information (name, email address, profile picture, login credentials): kept while your account is active. When you delete your account we deactivate it immediately: sign-in is disabled, active subscriptions are cancelled and your email address is released from active use. The remaining account record is kept only for as long as it is needed for legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution purposes and is then deleted or anonymized; we aim to complete this within 90 days.
• Training data (programs and workouts you have started or completed, session results and progress): kept while your account is active and handled in the same way as your account information when you delete your account.
• Purchase and subscription records (Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play): kept for 7 years after the transaction to meet tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. We never store full card numbers; payment details are held by the payment provider.
• Push notification tokens: kept until you sign out, disable notifications or uninstall the app.
• Support and contact messages: kept for 2 years after our last exchange with you.
• Analytics and crash reports collected through Firebase in the mobile app and through analytics tools on the website: used in aggregate to improve the service and retained by those providers for the periods described in their own policies.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile on the website or in the app, or by emailing reach@saturnomovement.com. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Where the law requires us to keep certain records (for example invoices), we keep only the minimum necessary for that purpose.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The School may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By enrolling in the School, subscribing to a membership, or engaging with our services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or subscribe.
