Welcome to the Hybrid Home Workout Experience! 

This 8-week program features 4 phases, with each lasting 2 weeks. Weekly sessions include 2 Calisthenics-based Strength Workouts, 1 Explosive Power Workout, 1 Primal Movement workout, 1 Yoga session, 1 HIIT Workout, and 1 Cosmic Movement Flow. Special practices/challenges await at weeks 4 and 8, along with an Introspection Meditation at the end of week 4.

Throughout the program, embrace daily guided meditations and breathwork techniques, enhancing your routine's effectiveness. These simple practices, when consistently applied, foster holistic well-being. So, whether it's pre or post workout, engage in the breathwork, and find a moment for guided meditation each day.
