Welcome to Yoga Foundation 1, our beginner's course that gently and systematically guides you into the world of Yoga. Congratulations on taking the first step towards a practice with the potential to transform your life completely.
Our journey begins on Mercury, the smallest planet in the solar system, known as the planet of our mental life. This program aims to help you become familiar with the fluctuations in your mind, allowing for a better relationship with yourself and the world around you. On the physical side of things, we will work on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
Over the next 6 weeks, we'll engage in daily practice, allowing for a day of rest at the end of each week. This deliberate structure is designed to instill consistency in your yoga practice. While we encourage you to follow the program as it is for maximum benefits, please remember that this is YOUR PRACTICE, and you can adapt it to suit your needs and lifestyle.
