Welcome to Calisthenics Initiation, where we will learn the fundamentals of bodyweight training, assess your current level, and guide you toward the best program for your current level. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, we have a program that suits you.
During the 7 to 10 days of initiation, we'll teach you the basics of calisthenics, including equipment setup, positions like hanging and planks, and fundamental movements like push-ups, rows, pull-ups, dips, and pike push-ups.
Calisthenics Initiation serves three purposes: teaching the basics of calisthenics, testing your current level, and helping you understand your strengths and weaknesses.
The first seven days are classes combining theory and exercises. You can choose to watch the videos or follow along. Feel free to re-watch and practice as needed. Keep in mind that understanding the basics leads to faster and safer progress.
On day 8, there's a test based on the movements covered on previous days. After the test, we'll guide you to the best program based on your results. Once you complete the test, you can start the recommended program or any from the Saturno Movement App.
In addition to practical training, there are theory classes called "Lectures." While optional, watching them explains critical concepts that will be extremely valuable for your body weight journey.
Calisthenics Initiation provides a foundation to start calisthenics and a place to test and re-assess your progress whenever desired. The test results are saved so you can track your improvements over time.
